MINUTES OF MEETING
The meeting
of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Retirees Association,
Inc., was held on Tuesday, May 1st,
2007 at Roman Hall. After
establishing a quorum was present, the meeting was called to order at 11:30 am
by President Chet Andres, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
The following were in attendance:

The Minutes of
April’s meeting were received and
approved with one revision. Instead of
phone numbers, e-mail addresses of all Directors will be posted on DOTLine as a
contact for retirees needing information.
TREASURER’S
REPORT:
The report was
received and accepted pending audit.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Nominating
Committee - No Report
SOCIALS:
Luncheons - All arrangements are in place for our
Annual Anniversary Luncheon on June 6th at the Cranbury Inn.
Trips - No
trips currently scheduled.
OLD BUSINESS:
- None
NEW BUSINESS:
Janis Stia and Art
Egan have agreed to become Directors.
They will be elected, along with the list of Directors who have agreed
to re-up for another term, at our June meeting.
The next meeting will
be held on June 5, 2007 at Roman Hall beginning at 11:30 am.
There being no
further business, a motion was made, seconded and carried to close the meeting;
meeting adjourned at 12:45 pm.
