15^TH ANNUAL JUNE LUNCHEON MEETING

                                                      MINUTES OF MEETING

On Wednesday, June 6^th, 2007 the 15^th Annual Luncheon Meeting was held at the Cranbury Inn with 58 members and guests in attendance.

After lunch, the business meeting was opened by President Chet Andres. He submitted the names of five Directors whose three-year terms are up this year. They are: Lou Papp, Adrian Lincoln, Phil Vecere, Jay Johnston and Bruce Strickland. He also submitted the names of two volunteers to fill two of the vacant Director positions. They are: Janis Stia and Peter Yull.

The President requested nominations from the floor. Since there were none, the nominations were declared closed and all were declared elected and were approved by unanimous vote. Walter Gable was elected as a Director Emeritus.
