Utilizing Canva software, designs the layout of the quarterly newsletter. The newsletter is published February, May, August, and November.

Collect articles from the President, historian, chaplain, committee chairpeople, and members the month prior to the publishing date. Edit the articles, adding pictures as needed. 

Prepare “Ask the Hand” question and supply the answers.

Work with Ann to be certain the material and layout are acceptable. Review the draft and distribute to Directors for review.  Make all corrections and prepare for printing.  Send to printer. Prepare envelopes for mailing to members who do not want electronic version. Prepare and email electronic version to active members.
