Nominating

Responsible for tracking the terms of the Board of Directors:

Prior to June 30 of each year the Nomination Committee Chairperson shall petition each Board member whose term on the Board is expiring in the year and seek their desire to serve another 3 year term on the Board of Directors.

Petitioned Directors shall provide a written response to the Nomination Committee Chairperson with their decision.
